Counselors in Training (CIT) will assist in daily activities within our Summer Playground Program. CIT’s will work hand in hand with counselors & report directly to the program director. This program is designed to give youths a summertime experience that is fun but also teaches responsibility, leadership, & good communication skills. This program requires that all participants are assertive & self motivated. The success of this program depends on the willingness of the Counselors in Training to communicate with program staff & participants.  Spaces will be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. Maximum of 6 CIT’s per park.
