Are you curious about what Paddle Board yoga is all about? This is the perfect way to experience the practice by land or sea to overcome any nervous energy or fear.
Sunset Paddle Board & Beach Yoga provides 60-minute of Vinyasa Flow and Guided Mediation. Enjoy a workshop filled with movement, breath and energy healing, provided by the natural, salt-water. Participants will channel the element of fluid water and leave feeling refreshed, recharged and renewed, as you empower the body from the inside out. This workshop is designed for all levels and encourages all members of our community to grow together.
Each session will have 10 participants.
