Enjoy the freedom of outdoor exercise and soak in our seaside views with certified fitness instructor and trainer, Christine Hopkins. Join us at Linscott Park every Thursday evening for a dynamic 45 minute workout which includes challenging body weight exercises, circuit training and cardio. Each class will end with core training and stretching.
Christine has shared her years of expertise in the fitness industry with our community in one of our longest running programs - Total Body Conditioning. We are thrilled that she is adapting her program for the outdoors this summer and can't wait to work out with you every Thursday!
