Keli Howe has co-taught one of the longest running fitness programs in Swampscott, Total Body Conditioning. This summer she is mixing things up and bringing it outdoors. Joined by Colby Boulay, a certified fitness professional who incorporates his love of sports and boxing into his training, Keli and Colby will take you through the rewarding paces of a 2 day a week Bootcamp -style work out.
Bootcamps are one of the most successful forms of group exercise and a great fitness option this summer. Outdoors with no shared equipment, this workout requires only your energy and a great attitude. Keli and Colby will utilize a combination of traditional body weight exercises with cardio intervals and strength training drills designed to leave you feeling accomplished and challenged.
