In this 30-minute Boston Jumps Class you will experience a safe low impact, full body, cardio workout using Kangoo Jumps. This class is 100% fun, you will burn 25% more calories, all while reducing 80% the impact on your knees, bones, and joints. For those of you who have not been able to workout due to injuries this is the perfect fit for you!
