Pre-Requisites: Kids must have some experience and comfort using a chef’s knife and stove. Parents must be home while the kids are taking class.
All meals are lacto-vegetarian.

We will:
* locate each country on a map
*discuss some food traditions of each place
* learn what to look for when choosing each ingredient
* learn how to store the ingredients
* learn how to prepare the dishes
* be encouraged to take time in presenting a beautiful plate and table
February 2nd
- Greece: tomato & cucumber salad
- France: Vegetarian Croque Madame (traditionally served with ham,) cheese & egg sandwich - kids can leave out the egg, but I will teach them how to make an egg.

- Spain: tapas! patatas bravas (potatoes with spicy ketchup like sauce,) home-made herbed olive oil and toasted bread
