Take your practice from land to sea and enjoy a Vinyasa Flow, guided meditation and perhaps lots of planks as Sup Instructress Jenniffer Craig is known to work those in.
At the end of practice there is time for play with arm balance poses or pose's you have been working on . Enjoy a workshop of movement, breath and healing energy, provided by the natural salt-water. Participants will channel the element of fluid water and leave feeling refreshed, recharged and renewed, as you empower the body, mind and spirit from the inside out. This workshop is designed for all levels and encourages all members of our community to grow together.
