You'll get:
- one Yard Sale sign with stakes
- featured on our town-wide map for shoppers to easily find you
- event advertised on multiple social media channels
- automatic Yard Sale permit

NOTES:
- Yard sale sign and permit must be picked up from Town Hall on Wednesday, June 12th or Thursday, June 13th.
- Yard sale signage must be taken down immediately after the event ends.

MODIFICATIONS:
Residents provided us with feedback after our last town wide yard sale and we are happy to implement the following changes this time around:
      *Residents may sell items at their own house OR sign up to bring their items to Town Hall Lawn to sell the day of the event. (The Town is unable to provide participants with tables, but participants are welcome to bring their own tables/tents to set up.)
      *Registrations are NOT being capped. However, everyone wishing to participate must register no later than 10 days prior to the event so we can order the signs and arrange the permit.
      *Participants may use their own yard sale signs in addition to the sign they receive from the town. Signs may NOT be placed on trees or poles, as stated on the PD permitting sheet.
      *Advertising for the event will be increased.
