Experience the ultimate fitness class with a view! Our Beach Barre sessions offer low-impact total body conditioning using mini movements designed to sculpt and tone. This barre class will improve core, strength, balance, posture, and flexibility.  Perfect for all fitness levels, this class combines the best of ballet, Pilates, and yoga, all set against the serene backdrop of the beach.
 
Bring a yoga mat and water.  Appropriate work out clothing
suggested.
