Reading Frederick Douglass Together

The Swampscott Historical Commission, S.U.R.E. Diversity, Swampscott Recreation, and the Swampscott Public Library invite you to a live reading of "What to the Slave is the Fourth of July." by Frederick Douglass.

This event will take place on Swampscott Town Hall Lawn on July 2nd at 5:00pm.

We are seeking community readers to take part in this memorable event. Community members of all ages and backgrounds are encouraged to read!
