Join our Women’s 30+ no-contact women’s 5 v 5 flag football league! This league aims to strike a perfect balance between competitive spirit and safety, sportsmanship and fun. The is about pushing yourself, celebrating your teammates, and enjoying the game.
What to Expect:
  • 5 v 5 No-Contact Football: Our rules are strictly enforced to ensure a flag-pulling game, not a tackling one. Player safety is our top priority, so you can dive for that flag or run a perfect route with confidence.
  • All Skill Levels Welcome: Whether you're a seasoned athlete looking to get back into the game or someone who's never thrown a spiral but is eager to try, you'll find a supportive environment. Teams are often balanced to ensure fair and exciting matchups.
  • Just Competitive Enough: We keep score, we have playoffs, and every team wants to win! But that competitive spirit is always tempered with respect for opponents and a focus on enjoying the process.
  • Weekly Games: Games will be on Thursday nights at the Swampscott Middle School bowl. Game times will be either 6:30 pm or 7:15 pm.
  • Stress-Free Commitment: We understand life gets busy! Each team will have at least 10 players to make sure everyone has enough subs if you can’t make it.

When: Thursday Nights, Beginning July 10 (5 week season, then playoffs)
Where: Swampscott Middle School Bowl
Time: Games begin at 6:30 pm
Cost: $25 Now (referee fees will be collected later)
